We're in search of a passionate Cardio Sculpt Instructor who can inspire our clients to reach their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading dynamic and effective Cardio Sculpt classes, incorporating strength training and cardiovascular workouts. Your enthusiasm for fitness and dedication to helping clients achieve their best selves are essential. Role Overview:
A Cardio Sculpt Instructor at GYMGUYZ plays a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals by combining strength training and cardiovascular exercises. They lead engaging fitness classes designed to improve muscle tone, enhance endurance, and promote overall cardiovascular health.
Schedule: Five days per week
Hours: 20-30 hour per week
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct Cardio Sculpt classes that focus on full-body workouts.
- Develop customized workout routines to accommodate varying fitness levels.
- Monitor and motivate clients during sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere during classes.
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Willingness to travel to and work flexible hours.
- Team player or collaborative with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
